Her extensive experience spans both agency and in-house roles in London and New York, as she’s worked to nurture and manage the reputation of some of the world’s best-known brands, including Bobbi Brown, Aveda, John Frieda, ESPA, Dr Hauschka, Vincent Longo, Sephora and Orla Kiely.

Over the years, Jay has acquired a passion for working with business founders and leaders to support their ambitions for growth. By implementing innovative and inspiring communications strategies across different platforms, she adds tangible value to brands, delivering increased awareness and bottom-line results.
